The Privacy Policy describes how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies, or so-called cookies.

1. General Information

  6. The service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

2. Selected data protection methods used by the operator

5. Information in forms

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The service can save information about the connection string (time indication, IP address).
  3. The service may, in some cases, save information that facilitates the data binding in the form with the email address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to process a service request or commercial contact, register services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs what it serves.

Information about the user’s behaviour on the site may be logged. This data is used to administer the service.

7. Relevant marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device. In the scope of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow to match advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the website, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track him, but in practice there is no transfer of any personal data from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled support of cookies.
  3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the U.S.) to know that the person registered with facebook uses the Service. In this case, it is based on data against which it is itself an administrator, the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from himself to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device.

  2. Cookies (also called. “cookies”) are information data, in particular the text files that are stored in the terminal equipment of a user of the service and are intended for the use of websites.
